چکیده

یکی از مسائل مهم در اخلاق پزشکی چگونگی بیان خبر بد به بیمار ازسوی پزشک است. سئوال این است که معیار صدق و کذب در ارتباط پزشک و بیمار چیست؟ علمای اخلاق، معیار کذب را یکی از این چهار گزینه دانسته‌اند: 1) خبر غیر مطابق با واقع 2) خبر غیر مطابق با واقع همراه با علم و آگاهی به آن و نه سهواً 3) خبر غیر مطابق با باور گوینده 4) خبر غیر مطابق با باور گوینده که موجب فریب شود. از امیرالمومنین (ع) روایت شده است که: «الصدق مطابقة المنطق للوضع الالهى و الکذب زوال المنطق عن الوضع الالهى»؛ یعنی آنچه خداوند قرار دهد و بپسندد معیار راستی و درستی است و نه مطابقت با واقع یا مطابقت قول یا فعل با اعتقاد گوینده یا فاعل. حال اگر فعل و یا قولی بر مبنای قرارداد الهی انجام شد و مطابق با واقع بود و یا مبتنی بر باور گوینده بود که به طریق اولی صادق است، اما اگر هم که نبود گوینده کاذب نیست و فعل یا قول شخص دروغ نخواهد بود. در این مقاله با بحث روایی و هم‌چنین منطقی، معیاری نظری و متفاوت از چهار معیار فوق در صدق و کذب ارائه می‌کنیم و بیان می‌داریم که رعایت حقیقت‌گویی در رابطه پزشک و بیمار، معیار عملی همه جایی نداشته و معتقدیم که این معیار نظری ارائه ‌شده در این مقاله در این ارتباط خاص رهگشاست.

Criteria for True and False in the Doctor-Patient Relationship

چکیده [English]

On the importance of truth, Imam Jafar Sadiq's saying would suffice: "The teller of the truth is in place of dignity and integrity, and the liar is bound to come to his end". The definitions of the true or the false (apart from ethical or logical perspectives) are one of the three options below: a) Announcement non-compliance with fact or the knowledge of the speaker, b) Announcement non-compliance with the speaker's beliefs, c) Announcement non-compliance with the speaker's beliefs for the aim of deception. However, in the case of doctor- patient relationship, when it comes to telling the bad news, the criteria of the true and false are regarded differently, in particular since many hadith and traditions recommend that doctors endure the patients. This article investigates the measure of the true and false in doctor-patient relationship. Imam Ali said: God is the [ultimate] measure of truth. So the truth is always compliance with God, and not merely compliant with fact or the speaker’s beliefs.
