چکیده

نظریه‌ی امر الهی از جمله نظریات بحث‌انگیز در فلسفه‌ی اخلاق بوده که در دوران معاصر نیز همواره مورد توجه اندیشمندان بوده است. در دوران معاصر، این نظریه از جهات مختلف معناشناختی، معرفت‌شناختی و وجودشناختی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. ویلیام اُکام که در آراء کلامی خود به اراده‌ی آزاد و قدرت مطلق خداوند توجّه زیادی داشته است، منشأ ارزش‌های اخلاقی را اوامر خداوند دانسته و تقریری وجودشناختی از این نظریه ارائه داده است. او اوامر الهی را شرط ضروری و نیز شرط کافی برای اخلاق دانسته و معتقد است تنها معیار ارزش اخلاقی و درست و نادرست، اراده یا قانون الهی است. این مقاله ضمن تبیین نظریه‌ی امر الهی و بیان تقریرهای مختلف از این نظریه، به تبیین و بررسی آراء ویلیام اُکام در این باب پرداخته است.

Divine command theory; William Ockham's expression

چکیده [English]

Divine command theory is one of the most controversial issues in ethics and contemporary scholars have always concerned it. In modern times, this theory has been studied in some ways, namely semantic, cognitive and ontological ones. William Ockham who has a serious attention to the free will of God and his absolute power beliefs that the source of moral values ​​is the commandments of God  and he gives us an ontological exposition of this theory. Ockham beliefs that divine commands are the necessary condition and also the sufficient condition for moral knowledge and moral values. He believes that the only criterion of right and wrong is God's will and divine law. This paper is trying to explain some different expression of divine command theory and also tries to survey Ockham's expression of this theory.
